7K - $49K a year Cheeseman Transport is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Director to manage all facets of our corporate fleet maintenance.
Our fleet consists of 430 power units and 1200
trailers, operating at 4 terminals.
This position will have the responsibility to:
Improve Efficiencies Drive Productivity Reduce cost and communicate in a multi terminal 24/7 environment Utilize an established maintenance database.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will possess proven experience and success in managing people, preventative maintenance program, repairs, warranty, equipment specs and purchasing, with exceptional skills in leadership, communications, process management, data management, computer processes and working in a fast pace team environment.
